Polar Express

 

The WHOLE Fox family went to the Polar express movie at a theater

in Layton. We rented out the theater to watch it 

with family. Such a fun tradition!!

We all wore PJS and most the family took a good nap

during the movie :))

Thanksgiving

 

Happy Thanksgiving

This was an unusual year to say the least.

Sadly the Fox side have had sicknesses, and covid so 

we weren't able to get with them over the holiday, but face-timing

mom and dad is always fun.

We hosted my side (secretly)

and had a blast. it was so fun to be with people and enjoy

their company. We ate played games and ate some more.

The food was delicious and much needed family time.

We chatted with Elder Fox as well, He was blessed to have a couple

families to eat dinner and desserts with.

We missed him, but know he is where he should be.

We had fun filling up our THANKful tree through the month

of November.

I love being reminded of al the little things we need to be thankful for.

Skee parents got each family a different color

Foxwood shirt so we surprised them with a board and 

family pictures in them on it. (we had to photoshop in Elder Fox:))

Thanksgiving in SC

I am Thankful for.....

President Nelson spoke and then prayed with us, and after

he asked us to flood social media with THANKful things,

to help the world start to heal and be a better place.

That advice was amazing, just what I needed to hear.

Virtual Choir Concert

 

The Junior High did a virtual choir concert.

It was so fun to see Berklie and Easton sing with their

friends. They both did such a good job!!

I am so proud of these two kids for keeping their grades up

all while doing cheer, basketball, comp and dance.

So proud of them!!!

Its been fun counting Fast Sundays instead of 

days, those just seem like too many :((

November Fast Sunday so now we have 

21 left. Day light savings happened on the same day, so

it was a lot darker earlier :(((((( we definately miss

the sun shining till 8 or later.

Elder Fox is doing awesome, he still struggles with sitting

idle, but who wouldn't. We are proud of him for sacrificing his days

to find people to teach. They do a ton of service which is good and helps

time go by faster. He still enjoys his companion and loves 

going on splits with other missionaries.

Some highlights of his month.

November 16th he has been out in the field 2 months.

COVID......

Governor Herbert Declares State of Emergency in Utah

COVID-19 is spreading rapidly throughout Utah. Hospitalizations and ICUs are nearing capacity and healthcare providers will be unable to care for Utahns in the coming days if this surge continues. We must take action now to protect our hospitals and healthcare workers and to avoid further devastation on our families, communities, and businesses.

The Governor’s executive order enacts statewide COVID-19 restrictions which:

• Place the entire state under a mask mandate.
• Limit casual social gatherings to household-only through November 23, 2020.
• Put all youth and high school extracurricular activities, including athletic and intramural events, on hold for the duration of the order.
• Require students enrolled at public and private colleges and universities, who either live on campus or attend at least one in-person class per week, to be tested for COVID-19 weekly.

Sadly Easton basketball season and come to a screeching halt. We sure hope that after two weeks we can get the games back to being played so playoffs can happen. BJH is in 1st place in the standings.

November 12th 2020 VHS went to a soft closer.
