We had the BEST time with the Burninghams
over Thanksgiving this year. It was so fun to be in their
home and spend the Holiday doing something a little different.
We started by going to the Grand Canyon which was amazing,
but so cold. The wind was insane but the view was breathtaking.
Then we headed south to their town of Queen Creek.
Brett is the city planner there and man does he do an amazing
job. The parks and schools and houses are all amazingly
places and everything is done just right,
We drove thru Page Arizona and hit Horseshoe Bend on the way
to Brett and Kimbers.
The hike was a perfect little walk to a breathtaking view.
It made us excited for the Grand Canyon.
We arrived day before Thanksgiving to endless Tik Toks, selfies, ping pong,
games, outdoor basketball, Reeses ballet, golfing, fun dome,
walks, Temple Visit, bball stadium
and baseball stadium visits, park visits, delicious
Thanksgiving dinner and much more.
Leaving was no fun and some tears were had, but
being with their family and letting the kids enjoy each others
company and just be together joking and laughing was
the best way to spend Thanksgiving.
On our way home we hit the Arizona Cardinals
football game, it was a crappy game, but so much fun.
