Waipio Valley

We just love to ask the Locals of fun things to do, and

going to Waipio Valley was one.

We didn't realize just how difficult this would be, until

we were halfway down the mountain and turned around

to look back up.

It is a awesome view and you can walk (or hitchhike as we

were told later) down to a river that we cross and then

make it to the black sand.

Checking out how the cliff just drops off with NO guardrail.

We are really happy that we never crossed the river,

we didn't want to die of this disease.
