Christmas Eve

Chrismas Eve started early with a Delicious Breakfast
at the Fox's with some of the best food ever.
I made a movie for Skee's parents and it
was quite a tear jerker, but so fun to see all the family
in the year 2010.
After since there are so many of us, we headed down
to the church to see Santa (again), open presents
and play with the cousins.

The kids scored big time.
We had a magician come and entertain.
Easton was so cute.

Ellie putting makeup on Berklie
All the woman that I love!
All but 1 grandkid (Elder Emery is in California)
Tori and JT got engaged!! We are so excited for them!!
All the men we love too
Then we headed home to wait for my family.
This year we did things a little different, we decided to
have panini's for dinner and they were a hit!!
Then we did the nativity a new and fun way,
we put all the names in a hat (mary joseph baby jesus)
then we picked what we were going to be. We had 5 min to run
thru the house and find a outfit.
It was HILARIOUS. I got it on video and well worth the footage!!

After we opened presents we talked, laughed and then
watched Despicable Me on our projector!!
What a fun day and evening with Family!!
We love you all and hope you have a Merry Christmas.

Christmas Eve Eve

I have to be honest....I wasn't very excited for Christmas.
I didn't want to deal with crowds, peoples attitudes and
all the spoiled kids and their "wants" for Christmas.
So after NOT wanting to put the tree up or any decorations,
Skee brought me home a book and a nativity set with it.
The book was called Keeping Christ in Christmas.
After reading it with lots and lots of tears, my attitude got
a lot better. The point of the book is to talk about a certain
person that was at Christ's birth and have a FHE about them.
After you discuss it then you place them by the manger.
I was so proud of my kids for wanting to talk about all the different people
at Christ's birth. They really got into FHE and needless to say, We had
an Amazing Christmas. I must admit I cried a lot during songs
I heard on the radio or comments my kids would say about Christ.
I am so proud of them and thankful Skee knew how to make
my holiday a meaningful and special one.
Opening their sibling gifts
And I had to let them open their warm and
cozy pajamas!! Love these little kids.

Hanging with Grandma

Since my Mom is a teacher and works
in the days, we stole her over Christmas break and
did lots of fun things.
She took the little kids to see Tangled
and then the older ones got to see Narnia. They all
had a blast. Thanks.
The next day she invited us all over to make cookies
and pizza YUM YUM

The kids did such a good job decorating their cookies,
Berklies UTES outfit I made finally fits her!!

Then it was on to yummy homemade pizza!
Thanks Mom for a fun week it will be sad to see
you go back to school.
Sadly later that night we watched the Utes va Boise State bowl game,
Too bad they lost, but we had a blast with all the company!
Until next year, bring on the PAC 12.

Santa's coming to town...

In their Sunday Best!!
Too bad it isn't the cutest picture, as soon as the
rain stops we will get better pictures.
We had a super fun evening with
my family where we had a FUN visitor
Before our Visitor came we had a little
talent show where some of the kids got to show
off their talents in front of us.
Leighton did her dance
The boys did a dance to Grandma got ran over
by a reindeer.
Then our Visitor Came!!!
Berklie was such a good girl. She was so excited she
jumped right up and onto his lap when her name was called.

We love Santa!!
I couldn't let my sisters have a cute photo,
that's what they get for not including me!!
Santa brought the boys nerf guns and they had
a blast shooting everyone!!

Merry Christmas

9 Years Old

Peyton Adam Fox 12-18-01
I can't believe I have a 9 year old.
Peyton is an excellent student, his teacher raves about
how good he is and how well he listens.
He loves to wear only comfy cloths....getting him to wear
levis or pants is a fight every morning. He is a lot like
his dad and only wants to wear shorts.
He LOVES sports and watches or listens to anything
sports. He definately knows his stats.
He is quite the athlete and is waiting to start Basketball,
but his true passion is football.
He loves to tease his siblings and hang out with his cousins.
Brashton and Peyton share the same Birthday!
So of course they had to spend most of it together.
After he finally came home he wanted
to help me make his cake. He is a pretty
good cook, he did it all cracked the eggs, measured and mixed.

I can tell he is growing up....he wanted a Utah
Jersey, a basketball sleeve, Steelers hat and since I'm a mean mom
and wouldn't get him an ITouch he just wanted
money from the Grandparents so he can save and buy his own!
He chose to go to dinner at Iggy's
I wonder why!!
This was my view of the Birthday Boy!!

We love you so much Peyton and are so proud
of everything you do!! We hope you had a GREAT day!!

Basketball

We signed Stockton up for Basketball and he
loves it. He is such a good dribbler, passer and shooter
it is a lot of fun to watch him. He walks around the house
dribbling the ball
(it does get really annoying, but worth it)
He was so excited to pick #8

It's a good thing they don't really care about out
of bounds because after dribbling up court he made the basket.
Good game buddy!!
