New Years Eve

New Years Eve 2010
We rang in the New Year with friends and games.
We played Minute to Win it games.
The kids had to keep 1 balloon in the air for
1 min, we had to do 3......none of us could do it!!
Our champion.....Aimee did it.

The funniest to watch, knocking bottles down with
pantyhose on your head.

Finally Skee mastered golf ball stacking!!
We had to clear a table of cans with elastics
The little boys laughed so hard, they had m&m's covered
and then had to put them in the right bowl.
Suck n Blow
by the end the candies were wet, Gross!!
Cookie from your forehead to your mouth with NO hands.
I can't believe that it is 2011. This year has flown by.
After some sweet fireworks, and a couple bombs we
called it a night!!
We hope everyone had a fun and safe evening.

Hotel Stay

We had an free Hotel stay at the Comfort Inn so we
talked the Burninghams into coming with us. Luckily we
talked even my parents into coming. It was so much fun.
We went out to dinner at Red Robin, swam, swam
stayed up late, room swapped, slept, ate popcorn
and then headed home.

We definitely need to make this a tradition.

Christmas Bunco

We LOVE to play Bunco so we put together an
enormous amount of people to play the game.
It was a loud, crazy blast!!
We wore UGLY sweaters, ate, screamed, yelled, broke
things (sorry Heather) and yelled some more.

Thanks everyone for coming it was a blast!!

Merry CHRISTmas

Christmas morning.
Peyton woke up at 5:30 and really wanted to go downstairs,
but we made him wait. He ate breakfast watched some t.v.
played some ipad
then finally everyone started waking up.
This is the first year we have been happy there was
NO SNOW!!!!

Peyton was so excited to get a bike with
gears. He has been on that thing everyday.

The elves forgot a piece on Stocktons bike so on our morning
ride, his bike jammed, but thanks to Grandpa it was
fixed and is good as new!!

Berklie got her PINK scooter and baby that goes potty!
When Berklie was on Santa's lap she told him she wanted
her nails done!! She is such a girl.

Easton was hilarious, he was so precise about
opening his presents and had to stack them neatly, then he would
throw away the paper, then start again. By the time he opened 2
everyone was done!!
Skee got a bike trainer
I got tickets to Mamma Mia and some other shows!!
I am so excited I get fun all the year long.
Together Skee and I got a sound system for our Rhino!!

We went on a morning ride to see Hayden, who also
got a bike. I am sure people were laughing, we were all in our
PJ's even Skee. It was so fun the kids had a blast.
She is SO ready for Dance.

It took us 2 hours to put together our family
present from Santa. The kids love it.
At 8 pm we were invited to go talk to Elder Emery!!
He was able to Skype so we could see him. It was so fun.
We are so proud of you Chaz.
We hope everyone had a wonderful CHRISTmas.
We love you all and are so grateful for all of our
blessing we have been blessed with this year!! May you
all have a wonderful and safe New Year.

Christmas Eve

Chrismas Eve started early with a Delicious Breakfast
at the Fox's with some of the best food ever.
I made a movie for Skee's parents and it
was quite a tear jerker, but so fun to see all the family
in the year 2010.
After since there are so many of us, we headed down
to the church to see Santa (again), open presents
and play with the cousins.

The kids scored big time.
We had a magician come and entertain.
Easton was so cute.

Ellie putting makeup on Berklie
All the woman that I love!
All but 1 grandkid (Elder Emery is in California)
Tori and JT got engaged!! We are so excited for them!!
All the men we love too
Then we headed home to wait for my family.
This year we did things a little different, we decided to
have panini's for dinner and they were a hit!!
Then we did the nativity a new and fun way,
we put all the names in a hat (mary joseph baby jesus)
then we picked what we were going to be. We had 5 min to run
thru the house and find a outfit.
It was HILARIOUS. I got it on video and well worth the footage!!

After we opened presents we talked, laughed and then
watched Despicable Me on our projector!!
What a fun day and evening with Family!!
We love you all and hope you have a Merry Christmas.

Christmas Eve Eve

I have to be honest....I wasn't very excited for Christmas.
I didn't want to deal with crowds, peoples attitudes and
all the spoiled kids and their "wants" for Christmas.
So after NOT wanting to put the tree up or any decorations,
Skee brought me home a book and a nativity set with it.
The book was called Keeping Christ in Christmas.
After reading it with lots and lots of tears, my attitude got
a lot better. The point of the book is to talk about a certain
person that was at Christ's birth and have a FHE about them.
After you discuss it then you place them by the manger.
I was so proud of my kids for wanting to talk about all the different people
at Christ's birth. They really got into FHE and needless to say, We had
an Amazing Christmas. I must admit I cried a lot during songs
I heard on the radio or comments my kids would say about Christ.
I am so proud of them and thankful Skee knew how to make
my holiday a meaningful and special one.
Opening their sibling gifts
And I had to let them open their warm and
cozy pajamas!! Love these little kids.
