He did really well pinning it on my shirt.
Congrats buddy.

OUCHIE

Why is worse when your daughter
gets hurt. Berklie and Stockton were
jumping on the bed...I know I know and
then BAM. She did a face plant into the wood beam
on the boys bunk beds.
She and I were covered in blood, but I was
more worried about her passing out. All was ok and
now we just have a good looking Avatar nose
for a while. Darn it!!
It does look better today, but still very swollen.
Skee and I were joking that for her 16th birthday she
won't be getting a car, she'll be getting a nose job!!
It's hard to tell, but it is really swollen under her eyes
and is almost flat. Poor girl.
I guess I always said it would be Berklie that would
get hurt when my boys are such dare devils!!

Happy Birthday Easton

4 years ago today my 3rd little boy
was born. It was an experience we will never forget.
It was fast, scary and totally natural.
Easton was 9 days early and he thought when he was
ready, it was time.
I contracted all evening got up plenty thru the night and
"walked it out" when finally Skee convinced me to pack my bags
call my sister and head out.
We got in the car, ran many stop lights and made it
in what felt like a 10 hour car ride to Davis Hospital.
I was wheeled into my room stripped down and collapsed
on the bed. The nurse had to take over Skee's role as
"coach" to MAKE me breath when the Dr rushed in the room
and......Easton South Fox was born.
Easton was 6lbs 13oz 19 inches long
1 year old
2 years old
3 years old
and my handsome 4 year old little boy.

We had to pull over and take some pictures at the ball
field, baseball is his new passion. It's his B-Day so
the request was granted.
We love you buddy and hope you have a
GREAT birthday.

Easton turns 4!!

I really can not believe that Easton is 4.
It is just crazy, I think about when he was born
and it feels like just yesterday!
He scored BIG time.
He couldn't really make up his mind what he wanted
to after having 2 older boys I had to use
my brain.
It looks like Christmas morning
I took him to Walmart and let him pick
something out, and since it was crappy weather
he picked puddle jumpers.
The boys were so cute, Easton was asleep
when the boys went to school so when they each
got home they made a HUGE deal about
how special today was and ran to see all his
unopened presents.
He got a UTES football outfit!
A personlized EASTON baseball bag with
Easton bat and gloves.
A Basketball outfit complete with the shoes
He was so excited to pick out the 4 candles
for the cake.
We love you buddy and we are so happy
you are in our family.
You are such a blessing in our lives, I never go an hour
without hearing Mom I love you.
Your brothers and sister adore you as well,
and love to be around you.
Thanks Gpa ma B and Gpa ma F for
coming over for cake.

Mothers Day

I love Mother's Day, I only wish it was on a Saturday...
I really wanted breakfast in bed, but it was fast
Sunday so I settled for sleeping in till 8 and
scrambling, without yelling to get the kids ready for church.
It was an all around good day, I LOVE my kids.
I can't believe how fast they are growing. I remember
2 yrs ago we blessed Berklie on Mother's Day.
After church we came home the kids gave
me all the wonderful things they made...They were
each so proud that they were able to keep
their gift a secret.
We headed to the Bhams, where I made a video
of the past year, I have to admit it was a tear jerker,
but it was fun to see all the kids laughing and remembering
the fun things we have done as a family.
I LOVE these woman (Kimber isn't here but I love her too)
They are such great examples to me. I know that we
may not always see eye to eye, but that
is why it works so well. Each of us have our own
personality. Thanks for being such Awesome sisters.
We played outside and chatted, then headed to the Fox's
I LOVE these sisters TOO.
I'm glad I can say they are my sisters, we fight.
laugh, cry and make up.
My mother in law made this table just for us, we
were waited on and got to sit and enjoy dinner
with no interruptions from the kids.
After dinner Skee took a bunch of the kids
on a hike.

What a GREAT day.
Not even that I got presents and showered with love,
but just that my kids are starting to appreciate
the little things I do and that they can acknowledge
it on their own.
Motherhood is the hardest, yet most rewarding
thing I have ever done and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Play Ball

The boys have been doing really well at baseball,
but they think they need to hit pop flies so
Skee got the Tee out and made them hit into the net.
They had a lot of fun.
Strike a pose....
But she does have a mean little swing.
Peyton has a habit of golfing it. We keep trying
to tell him a level swing is a base hit a pop fly is an out!!
Stockton taking his turn
Easton is getting excited for his games to start!!

Soccer comes to an end...

Easton and the black spiders finished up their
season Saturday morning.
Easton has turned into a different kid.
He made at least 4 goals and jumped up
when he was knocked down.
We love Coach Fox
Max, Easton, Lauren and Austin
We were missing 2 members of the Black Spiders.
Nick also got a medal, they were all so proud!!
We love you Easton you did such a good job.
Thanks Gma B for coming to support Easton.

More Baseball

We had another baseball game yesterday...in the rain.
But the kids did very well and had lots of fun.
Peyton had his 1st HOMERUN!!
He had such a Awesome hit and was rounding 3rd
before they got the ball in-field.
The boys had fun playing SS and Pitcher.
Stockton is starting to hit better and better
every game. He struck out and then hit a single.
Stockton got to play catcher (scary) but he liked it.
The weather has been pretty crappy with rain
and snow canceling the boys soccer games. Hopefully
mother nature will realize it is Spring and send
us some good outdoor sports weather.

Barnes Park

We went for a Sunday picnic at Barnes Park
in Kaysville. The kids had fun feeding the ducks.
It's kind of a good thing they are gated in or they would
attack anyone with bread.
Easton said "Hey mom look that one has a mohawk like me"
Berklie was so excited that she could see the ducks
she would try to throw the bread over the fence, but
it didn't quite make it over, then she would pick it up and
try again until she finally stuck her hand thru to drop the bread.
The cutest baby duckies with their really protective
Mommy. The Seagulls would try to get by the babies and
she would try to bite them.
Kirra, Quincie and Berklie going to feed more ducks.
She finally got the hang of it. When she first saw the
geese she freaked out and ran away, but then realized
the fence was saving her.
A fun activity we will be doing more of this summer.

Delle

We took advantage of the warm weather and
headed to Delle for some riding with the Crocketts.
We have always parked by this coral, but have never seen
animals so the kids were excited to see horses.
The kiddos ready to hit the bikes.
It was really muddy from all the rain
the past week, so you can imagine how much
fun the kids (and husbands) had getting as muddy
as they could.
Stockton is getting really good
and daring on his 4 wheeler, it's almost
time for him to try the motorcycle.
The gang.
Some of our tracks in the mud.
Peyton would get going and yell, "I can't turn"
with all of the mud on the tires no wonder.
My rancher had no problems getting us around
and I stayed pretty clean too.
The boys drove by this pond until they couldn't take it
anymore and HAD to go right thru it.
And then Skee followed.
Good thing the kids had goggles on.
Skee's shirt was white.
But they sure did have fun.
Kyle, Nick, Skee and Stockton found a hill with
water at the bottom...that didn't stop them
even when they almost collided (because they couldn't
stop) they were all soaking wet, time to go home.
It might take 2 times to the car wash to
clean off the bikes, but it sure was worth it.
